The word Outstanding does not do justice to the professionalism and service experienced in my interactions with Hans at Superior Friction. Hans deals with absolute integrity every step of the way. You cannot place a value on integrity especially when you dealing with “online” purchases and transfers of reasonably large sums to an entity in another province and you have not visited. Hans passes with flying colours, where his actions match his words. Like many other reviews if he says he orders on a Thursday and will deliver to you the next Wednesday, he delivers what  he promises. Based on my/our experience I would not hesitate  to deal with SUPERIOR FRICTION and in particular Hans. Very happy with my experience! Struggled way more than I thought I would to find pads for my Volvo. Ordered online on a Friday, pads arrived on the following Wednesday even though they had to be ordered from overseas. Very impressed! I will be a repeat customer in future. Extremely satisfied with the service received grom Superior Friction! I urgently needed new discs and pads for my R35 which is not the easiest to find, Clive connected me with Hans and the company interaction from the start was very professional and Hans had empathy with my dilemma.
