The word Outstanding does not do justice to the professionalism and service experienced in my interactions with Hans at Superior Friction. Hans deals with absolute integrity every step of the way. You cannot place a value on integrity especially when you dealing with “online” purchases and transfers of reasonably large sums to an entity in another province and you have not visited. Hans passes with flying colours, where his actions match his words. Like many other reviews if he says he orders on a Thursday and will deliver to you the next Wednesday, he delivers what he promises. Based on my/our experience I would not hesitate to deal with SUPERIOR FRICTION and in particular Hans. In today’s world you cannot place a value on trust and integrity and Superior Friction certainly not only espouses these values but lives them

Very happy with my experience! Struggled way more than I thought I would to find pads for my Volvo. Ordered online on a Friday, pads arrived on the following Wednesday even though they had to be ordered from overseas. Very impressed! I will be a repeat customer in future. Amazing service!!

What a pleasurable experience ive had. From a long wait hunting for brake pads and discs, having to deal with companies who are unprofessional. I came across Superior Friction, having to deal with this company made everything so worth it. They kept me informed of how orders works, confirmation of receipt and dispatch. Its rare that we as clients receives such exceptional service from Service Providers. By Superior Friction its not just about getting your money and making you follow up. Its about the personal touch ensuring that everything happens. Great service, top notch communication and i appreciate Hans who made my first engagement with them so comfortable. Im definitely going to be ordering again and recommending them to friends. Keep up the Great Work

Extremely satisfied with the service received grom Superior Friction! I urgently needed new discs and pads for my R35 which is not the easiest to find, Clive connected me with Hans and the company interaction from the start was very professional and Hans had empathy with my dilemma. Enough said about my situation but I had a set within 2 days from CPT to RTB with regular follow ups to find out if I am happy and if all is in order! Tx Hans!!! Will most definitely recommend doing business with him as I wil not go anywhere else! Kudo’s 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
